Smeagle - Autodesk Sketchbook Pro - Smudge Brush
My own custom favorite smudge brush.
I'm not sure how to share brushes. Simply capturing an image doesn't always create a brush, especially if it didn't originate inside sketchbook.
You may have to make a new layer and select/highlight the white and delete it, then capture just the black.
